Summary:

The proposed agreements allow homes, existing and future, on lots benefitting from City Project Number 11-1957 / CIP Number 50895 (S. Berry Pine Rd Sanitary Sewer Extension – Source Water Protection and West Main St Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction) to connect to the newly installed water stubs prior to the completion of the construction fee resolution.  Property owners agree to pay all costs associated with the installation of the water service line stub to their property line, when invoiced.

The proposed agreements allow homes, existing and future, on lots benefitting from City Project Number 11-1957 / CIP Number 50895 (S. Berry Pine Rd Sanitary Sewer Extension – Source Water Protection and West Main St Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction) to connect to the newly installed sanitary sewer main prior to the completion of the construction fee resolution.  Property owners agree to pay up to $7,500.00, when invoiced, which is the current monetary cap to connect to sanitary sewer located in a source water protection project.
